The Story Behind the Vision

Redefining leadership and creating thriving workplaces where individuals and organisations excel together has been my passion and purpose for over 30 years. My journey has spanned customer operations, human resources, and leadership development, and has been driven by one belief: leaders are the catalysts for innovation and the architects of transformative futures.

As co-founder of MindNudger Infinity, I help organisations transform their cultures and align their people around a shared purpose. By combining neuroscience, AI, and human-centric design, we empower leaders and teams to navigate complexities, embrace innovation, and thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.

My vision is to redefine the psychological contract between employers and employees—energising stakeholders, fostering engagement, and building cultures of continuous growth and well-being. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with global organisations like Orange, Novartis, and the NHS, delivering cultural and financial success through innovative approaches to leadership and team dynamics.

I’ve been fortunate to study, research, and coach at institutions like HEC Paris, INSEAD, and the Centre for Creative Leadership. These experiences have shaped my philosophy that leadership is a journey of growth, curiosity, and connection. Having lived in seven countries, led projects in over 30, and facilitated over 1,800 executives from 40+ nationalities, I bring a global perspective to everything I do.
